Collet chuck MSCTNR/ISO-A

MSCTNR/ISO-A collet chucks are classic clamping tools for CNC lathes. They are made from a block of steel, galvanized and tempered at 60 HRC. Bellegrandi collet chucks are totally adjusted to ensure maximum duration, machining precision and balancing. Opening and closing of the collet in the MSCTNR/ISO-A spindle is done by hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder applied at the rear of the lathe shaft. The collets that can be installed on this chuck are:
  • Simple BA type cone
Using appropriate adapters:
  • PE expandable type collets
  • PET expandable type collets
The MSCTNR spindle is equipped with the PART EXPULSION GROUP, when the lathe does not have it. On request, the chuck may be supplied without the PART EXPULSION GROUP, when the lathes already equipped. The MSCTNR collet holding chuck was made to allow the maximum approach to the tool holding turret group.
