Impulse type collet in galvanized steel, tempered and adjusted.
Fits to be used in chucks either for the main head (main spindle) or the counter head (sub spindle).
For milling bars and reinforcement.
Realizable on round, hexagonal and square bore profiles.
Upon request, it is possible to make them with the customer’s template design using electro erosion.
Single-spindle lathe collets are applied on bar machines including CNC lathes and sliding/fixed headstock lathes.
They are applicable on the main spindle and counter spindle, with round, hexagonal or square bore profile.
“Parent” collets are also made, suited to mounting inserts in various materials: sterling, bronze, steel.
