Useful for milling bars and reinforcement.<\/p>\n<p><b>Secondary turning<\/b> includes mechanical parts made by secondary machining, useful on one-off parts, small production runs and non-serial production.<\/p>\n<p><b>Bar turning<\/b>, on the contrast, works for the mass production of components. Turning from bar takes advantage of bar feeders, on which the bar feeders are collets.<\/p>\n<p>By replacing appropriate adapters, this chuck mounts different collets:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Simple BA type cone (type DIN 6343)<\/li>\n<li>BD type double cone<\/li>\n<li>Multidiameter with BAS type sectors<\/li>\n<li>BE type traction (also with cup)<\/li>\n<li>PE-PET expandable type<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The MSDTN chucks are made from a block of steel, galvanized and tempered at 60 HRC. Bellegrandi collet chucks are totally adjusted to ensure maximum duration, machining precision and balancing.<\/p>\n<p>This model of chucks are made with flange (AF) adapters and assembled on various types of flanges with attachments ISO-A (DIN 55026), D1 CAMLOCK (DIN 55029).<\/p>\n<h3>Hydraulic power supply<\/h3>\n<p>The hydraulic spindle power supply enables the opening and closing of the collets and expandable collets on the MITN chuck. Opening and closing of the expandable collets takes place through hydraulic power on the chuck nose of the lathe shaft.<\/p>\n<p>For milling bars, we recommend using BD double cone collets.<\/p>\n<p>MSDTN chucks are made in two versions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MSDTN \/ 1C with 1 impulse chamber \u2013 max. pression 30bar<\/li>\n<li>MSDTN \/ 2C with 2 impulse chambers \u2013 max. pression 20 bar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Main head chuck (Main spindle) for lathes with hydraulic feed and chuck nose.
