PE/PET expandable collets may be mounted for holding parts in inner holes.

BSPITN static bases are made from a block of steel, galvanized and tempered at 60HRC. They are totally adjusted to ensure the maximum duration, precision and balance.

Opening and closing the collets on the static Bspitn base takes place through pneumatic or hydraulic power.
It is made with a dual purpose piston and activated by:

• 20 bar hydraulic system
• 6 bar pneumatic system

The static base offers the possibility of drilling, boring, and milling parts with reinforced holes.

Its special construction, disengaged at the bottom, allows evacuation of chips, thus preventing blockages. The outlet at the bottom of the base allows proper chip evacuation.
