Hydraulically driven spindle, through a hydraulic control panel with high closing force. It is used for machines without a rear cylinder, on milling bars and reinforcement.

Secondary turning includes mechanical parts made by secondary machining, useful on one-off parts, small production runs and non-serial production.
Bar turning, on the contrast, works for the mass production of components. Turning from bar takes advantage of bar feeders, on which the bar feeders are collets.

Equipped with high holding force, it can mount a simple BA type cone (DIN 6343 type) and multidiameter with BAS sectors.
The MITN chucks are made from a block of steel, galvanized and tempered at 60 HRC. Bellegrandi collet chucks are totally adjusted to ensure maximum duration, machining precision and balancing.
This type of lathe chuck can work while the motor is operating, allowing part replacement without stopping the machine.
It has high closing force with quick locking of the parts.

The MITN chucks are made with flange attachment (AF) and can be assembled with various types of flange: ISO-A (DIN 55026), D1 CAMLOCK (DIN 55029) attachments.

Hydraulic power supply

The hydraulic spindle power supply enables the opening and closing of the collets and expandable collets on the MITN chuck. It takes place through an hydraulic control center (not provided) with 50-60 microns filter on pump aspiration and 10 microns on the discharge filter.
