Collet chucks MSCTN/ISO-A

Made in italy
MSCTN collet chucks are classic clamping tools for CNC lathes. They are made from a block of steel, galvanized and tempered at 60 HRC. Bellegrandi collet chucks are totally adjusted to ensure maximum duration, machining precision and balancing. Collet chuck MSCTN are made with adapters ISO-A (DIN 55026) and with a flange (AF). Opening and closing of the collet in the MSCTN spindle is done by hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder applied at the rear of the lathe shaft. The collets that can be installed on this chuck are:
  • “Impact” type with a simple BA cone or double with a BD type cone, multi diameter with BAS type sectors
  • BE traction type; PE and PET expandable type
For milling bars, we recommend using BD type double cone collets. For “reinforcement” the use of simple BA cone type collets is recommended. On request, different types of collets may be assembled using appropriate adapters. These may include “Schaublin” (type F and W), “Hardinge” or “Crawford”.
