Main head chuck (Main spindle) for lathes with hydraulic feed and chuck nose.

Useful for milling bars and reinforcement.
The following may be assembled: simple BA type cone (type DIN 6343), BD type double cone, multidiameter with BAS type sectors, BE type traction (also with cup), PE-PET expandable type etc…, simply by replacing the appropriate adaptors.

Msdtn chucks are made from a block of steel, galvanized and tempered at 60HRC and are totally adapted to ensure the maximum duration, precision, and balance.
The Mscpe chucks are made with flange (AF) adapters and assembled on various types of flanges with attachments ISO-A(DIN 55026), D1 CAMLOCK (DIN 55029) etc…

Opening and closing of the expandable collets on the Mscpe chuck takes place through hydraulic power on the chuck nose of the lathe shaft.
For milling bars, we recommend using BD double cone collets.

MSDTN chucks are made in two versions:

MSDTN / 1C with 1 impulse chamber – max. pression 30bar
MSDTN / 2C with 2 impulse chambers – max. pression 20 bar
